For companies who want quality, reliability and increased productivity the newest introduction from Power Automation Systems (PAS) delivers. Designed and manufactured in the USA, the PAS Voyager™ is a pallet transfer vehicle that solves many deep storage racking problems.

PAS Voyager, the only pallet shuttle made in the USA, is the latest version of the pallet shuttle PAS has been manufacturing, selling and servicing since the early 2000s (marketed under a former brand name). The PAS Voyager technology delivers a reliable option for semi-automatic storage and retrieval systems. Earlier models are currently in use by existing customers in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Combined, PAS has sold hundreds of units over the past decade which move tens of thousands of pallets in warehouses around the globe.

PAS Voyager not only delivers up to 3,000 pounds of material deep into the rack, it operates in harsh environments up to -10˚F (-23.3˚C) which is ideal for cold or freezer storage environments. Additionally, Voyager is more energy efficient than manual or crane-based systems with a payback period of less than two years, in many cases. Designed, built and manufactured in California, PAS Voyager’s team of engineers and software designers have long pioneered robotics to deliver enhanced improvements for warehouses worldwide.

“Having long offered automated pallet shuttles, in addition to PowerStor®−PAS’ sophisticated unique flagship product, an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS)−we are pleased to offer customers this economical, scalable and simple semi-automated solution,” said Cory Hypes, executive vice president for PAS. “Voyager is quality through and through. It helps companies by providing a simple long-lasting solution to difficult storage issues with the added bonus of enhancing employee productivity, and increasing reliability within the racks. Like its namesake, the storied deep space explorer, Voyager will deliver the goods.”
